Sam Deutscher is a tax officer at Israeloff, Trattner & Co., CPAs, P.C. and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. As such, he is directly responsible for strategic planning and overall Firm policy decisions. Mr. Deutscher provides clients with a broad range of Firm services including tax and management consulting, and represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service and state and local taxing authorities.
Sam Deutscher has extensive expertise in the taxation issues of partnerships, S corporations, and closely held and family businesses, as well as estate, fiduciary and individual taxation. He has a diverse client base including professional practices, real estate owners and other closely held and family owned businesses.
A recognized and experienced speaker, Sam Deutscher has lectured for the Foundation for Accounting Education (FAE) on various phases of complex tax law including partnerships, S corporations, and tax planning for owners of closely held businesses.
