MILLS RECEIVES EXECULEADERS AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE IN ACCOUNTING
GARDEN CITY, NY, January 22, 2010 - Richard A. Mills, CPA, an officer of Israeloff Trattner & Co., CPAs, PC has been received an award for Excellence In Accounting from Execuleaders, an association dedicated to educating the business community in methods and techniques of sales, marketing and networking. The Award was presented at Execuleaders' January 22 Awards Breakfast Gala featuring a keynote address by new Nassau County Executive, Ed Mangano.
Richard Mills is responsible for client contact, development and service satisfaction. He joined the Firm in 1983 and is responsible for the firm's larger and more complex audit engagements, as well as day-to-day responsibility for clients in diversified industries. He is also the Director of the Firm's Not-For-Profit and Governmental Auditing practice. A member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the NYS Society of Certified Public Accountants, Nassau Chapter, Rich Mills is also a past chairman of the Nassau Chapters' cooperation with bankers and other credit grantors committees. He has lectured on Circular OMB-133, and on Performing Audits in Compliance with the HRA Single Audit Guide and the Department for the Aging Audit Guide.
